Payment Plans Available! Tuition fees may be paid in monthly installments (subject to 5% surcharge per month). Installments must be received to attend classes.  If you default you can resume classes once your payments are up to date.

Cookology’s Professional Culinary Program will give you the skills to become a comprehensive, multi-dimensional culinary professional, which means you can jump from restaurant employee making $12-$18 per hour, to caterer making $500-$5000 on a weekend, to personal chef pulling in $100-$350 per day. Or perhaps you want to be a chef instructor, this position pays anywhere from $12-$22 per hour, but a chef instructor who travels to off-site locations can book classes for $100-$300 profit for 5 hours of planning and instruction. 

We’ll round out your education by teaching you practical business fundamentals, including how to startup and manage a successful business. Plus, we will  take you through the key fundamentals of knowing your audience, effective promotions, marketing, public relations and social media, and how to measure it all.

Most other culinary schools cost upwards of $35,000 for full professional instruction. Yet, most Chefs do not recommend going to culinary school because of the debt that hinders your ability to be flexible in the industry. We do not recommend spending 10-15 years paying off your student loans. What we do recommend is getting a solid culinary base of knowledge by working in our professional kitchen, not a classroom, and learning the proper techniques by real Chefs who have spent years in the business. In 12 weeks, which is 420 hours of instruction, you’ll accelerate your skill to the next level.

Refund Policy 

Refund will be given seven days in advance of the start of the program. 

No refunds will be given after the program begins without a legitimate doctor’s note excusing you from the class. Then the refund will be given by check within a 60 to120-day period. 

Credit will be given six days prior to the start of the class and throughout. This means that we will issue you a credit in the total or pro-rated amount to be used in the future for the same program.
